The cultural division strives to create a situation in which the interaction between the rich and true Iranian cultural and of others can take place.

The religious, cultural or artistic programs at ICD are aimed at exposing and connecting the younger generation of the Iranian expatriates to their own cultural heritage.

The major activities of the cultural division are as follows:
Organizing and conducting cultural, literary or scientific sessions.
Conducting or hosting seminars, festivals or competitions in cultural fields.
Conducting various painting, calligraphy or handicraft exhibitions.
