Sebastian completed his undergraduate studies at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Vancouver and obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto.

He has represented clients in the Provincial Court of BC, the Supreme Court of BC, the BC Court of Appeal, the Federal Court and before administrative boards and tribunals, including the Immigration Appeal Division and the Refugee Protection Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada and the Residential Tenancy Branch. Sebastian has lectured about immigration and family law in community workshops that aimed to familiarise recent immigrants with these particular areas of law.

He strives to make our complex legal system as accessible as possible and ensures that his approach is tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

Sebastian has lived in and travelled to different parts of the world and has represented clients from all walks of life and with diverse racial, ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds.
