Iran Zamin Restaurant first opened its doors in the Concorde Hotel Dubai (5,000 sq.ft) in 2005 creating a relaxed atmosphere and providing both a smoking and non-smoking area to cater for everyone’s needs. By focusing on the highest level of customer hospitality and food quality, very soon this branch became one of the favorite places in Dubai for families and the younger generation to spend their time, a place that they desired and deserved.

Choose bests for them … In 2009 we opened our second branch at Dubai Marina (7,000 sq.ft) in a very unique and prime location adjacent Grosvenor House, with the backdrop of the Dubai Marina panorama, high rise towers, and luxury yachts. In 2013 we opened our third and largest branch (8,500 sq.ft) in the heart of Dubai’s luxurious development, in Dubai Downtown.

This prime location is next to the Opera House, the world’s tallest tower the Burj Khalifa and the largest mall in the world, The Dubai Mall. In 2018 our original branch relocated from the Concorde Hotel in Deira to our newest branch inside Dubai Mall’s Fashion Avenue Extension’s Food Court.

This new concept features a unique menu influenced by a mixture of traditional cooking and popular fast-food favorites such as chicken bites and hamburgers but made from fresh beef and chicken prepared locally.
