HISTORY

Established in 1993, Dina Foods is a privately owned Artisan Bakery of three Haddad brothers who are steeped in the traditions of authentic Mediterranean food. The company has built success with our authentic Mediterranean Kobhez.

FACTORIES

Dina manufacture from three sites in Park Royal. North West London, which has easy access to the motorways and Heathrow Airport.

ACCREDITATION

The Flatbread, Savoury and Confectionery sites all have BRC, IFS and efsis “A” grade certification.

STAFF

Our family ?rm employs up to 150 staff working to ethical standards all with food hygiene certi?cates.

NPD Dina is proud to have a large New Product Development department, helping our customers keep ahead and lead in the market with exciting new products; we listen, we innovate, we deliver on time.

CUSTOMERS Our clients include the major Multiples, Wholesalers, Foodservice, Airways. Coffee Bars in Britain; we also currently trade in 12 European and Scandinavian countries.

BAKERY We are proud to produce traditional Mediterranean high-quality Flatbreads and Pocket bread baked in genuine stone baked ovens. The Paninette, exclusive to Dina Foods, has raised the concept of flatbread to a new quality level. With taste, suppleness and aroma, this two-layered bread is like Artisan baked bread!.

Our handmade Mediterranean savouries including Vegetable Kibbe, Lamb Sambousic, Spinach Fatayer and Falafel, are delicious snacks and are helping leading Supermarkets develop the new market sector. Baklawa and Mamoul are the Eastern Mediterranean sweets that were the delights at the Sultans’ banquettes in the early days. Handmade to those traditional recipes with filo pastry, nuts and some syrup, we have used our knowledge of the Northern European market to make Dina the leading premium manufacturer of this confectionery. The new Luxury Baklawa Selection is a DELICIOUS PRESENT.
