Amir Nowroozzadeh Law Office:

Amir A. Nowroozzadeh concentrates his practice on real estate law, business transactions, and estate planning. He maintains a diverse caseload which includes: estate planning and will drafting, commercial and residential real estate investments, closings, refinances, and private lending.

In addition to his transactional practice, Mr Nowroozzadeh represents landlords in lawsuits involving financing instruments, investment, landlord-tenant issues, and breach of contract actions.

Amir is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, but maintains a close connection with his birth state of South Carolina. He graduated Cum Laude from the College of William and Mary with a double major in Business Administration and International Relations.

After graduating from William and Mary, he worked at King & Spalding, LLP, with the Mass Tort & Environmental Litigation section before obtaining his law degree from the University of South Carolina.

During law school, he received the CALI Award for the best exam in his Antitrust & Trade Regulation course, Dean’s list recognition, and served as Honor Council representative, an editor with the South Carolina Journal of International Law & Business, and a legal research assistant on international banking regulations.
