My experience with Ms. Nassim Nasser of Nasser Allan LLP was absolutely terrible. She was unresponsive, unprofessional, and ignored emails and calls, leaving me in the dark about my case. She was grossly unprepared, delayed critical steps, gave misleading and false legal advice, pressured me into an unfair settlement, and failed to prepare for or attend court properly. Only one month before trial, she dropped me as a client, leaving me unrepresented, causing a $30,000 penalty, and forcing me to change lawyers three times. Finally, I found a competent Canadian lawyer who won my case and secured my rights, including my mehr, which Ms. Nasser had said I could not claim. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lawyer, and I strongly warn anyone to avoid her entirely.
